In the event of a right of withdrawal or change, the following applies:
Notify us within 14 days after you have received the order. You as a customer are responsible for return shipping. We will return within 7 days with information about your return case.
Return notice shall contain the following information:
- Order number.
- Article number of products returned.
- Product names of the products returned.
- Reason of return
NOTE! Before you return the item, you must wait for information about the return address and return number from our customer service. Send the item back as a business package for direct delivery to the agreed return address.
The product must be in unchanged condition, ie. unused, not destroyed or damaged. The product must be complete to be approved as a return, which means that it is your responsibility to ensure that all parts of the product are sent back to us upon return.
